PAY, BENEFITS, GROWTH AND LOCATION
BTX offers a strong base + commission compensation structure, with a $65,000/year base, and on-target earnings of ~$80,000-$90,000/year.
BTX offers the opportunity to grow with the company. You will have both the opportunity to grow as the company does, while being able to benefit from uncapped commission.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Some experience in sales roles is a plus.
• A strong desire to succeed and grow your career is crucial.
• The ability to pick up new information and learn new concepts quickly.
• College degree is not required.
• Some freight shipping knowledge is preferable, although not required.
• Professional sales approach, including the ability to overcome objections.
• Consultative salesperson who puts customer satisfaction first
• Naturally competitive leader who pushes to surpass team and personal goals
