THE ROLE

• Manage a sales team at a Cabinets To Go store, while handling the bulk of administrative tasks to make sure the store runs as effectively as possible


• Help your team perform to the best of their abilities — as a manager you are responsible both for your own sales numbers, but also the performance of your team


• Give your customers a high level of customer service —  Cabinets To Go thrives by giving its customers an excellent purchasing experience.

THE FUNDAMENTALS
PAY, BENEFITS, GROWTH AND LOCATION
PAY

The base salary is $42,000/year with most store managers earning $100,000+ including commission.

GROWTH

As a Store Manager you will lead a team of Sales Associates. If you do well, you can substantially increase your take home pay or move up into more senior leadership roles.

LOCATION

Cabinets To Go is hiring a store manager for their new location in Oakland, CA.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong track record of sales and/or customer service success

• Management, retail and home repair experience is desired but not required

• No college degree required
