Select from Strive’s marketplace of vetted coaches to lead programs and leadership training at your company.
Coaches are approved based on work experience (preferring people who have worked in tech), coaching clients at notable companies, industry certifications, and are evaluated after each Strive engagement. Only 10% of interested coaches are included.
Learn By Doing
We view management training and leadership development as a behavior change problem, not an education problem. Given that, we don't focus on helping people absorb content in a classroom. Strive's social learning platform helps learners continuously apply lessons on the job.
Company executives decide how many skills participants learn and the balance of core curriculum and electives. Each skill takes one month, and participants learn core curriculum in cohorts of ~15 and electives in small group coaching cohorts of ~3 people. Companies can organize modules back-to-back, or space them throughout the year.
During the Core Curriculum, participants study skills selected by leadership in cohorts of 10-20 people.
During electives, participants are matched with other people at of their company who want to learn the same skills. They study them in small group coaching cohorts of ~three people.
Participants complete a 360 and select additional skills they want to learn.
Ongoing Intelligent Nudges
When the immersive learning is done, participants receive intelligent, automated nudges. This 'spaced repetition' ensures that participants continuously apply Strive's lessons in the real world.
