Strive’s L&D Leadership Circle is a remote-friendly, cohort-based course that combines asynchronous work on Strive’s platform with live classes and 1:1 coaching. This one-month program is a trial version of Strive's broader program and includes:

Location

Kick-off call, live classes, and 1:1 coaching sessions are remote and hosted via Zoom video conferencing.

Strive's Leadership Circles are led by experienced, highly vetted coaches who hold space and provide support for conversations and connections

About the 360 Assessment (included)

360 Assessment

Strive’s 360 diagnostic uses data to uncover developmental blindspots by mapping your self-assessment against a peer assessment. 

All participants will have access to Strive’s 360 assessment in order to better understand their current strengths and weaknesses. Participants will review 360 results and professional goals in a 60m 1:1 coaching session with their executive coach.
