PAY, BENEFITS, GROWTH AND LOCATION
The role offers a base + commission pay of between $115k - $185k based on performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Extensive sales experience and success is required.
• A strong background with insurance products is a must for this role.
• The ability to pick up new information and learn new concepts quickly.
• College degree is not required.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Professional sales approach, including the ability to overcome objections.
• Consultative salesperson who puts customer satisfaction first
• Naturally competitive leader who pushes to surpass team and personal goals
