ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Software Engineer at Strive you will work directly with the CEO and Product Designer to build products, tools, and experiences to improve, accelerate and scale leadership development.
Build products that improve the learning experience for managers participating in Strive's leadership development programs.
Build an end-to-end learning platform leadership development and management training, both for Strive and third-party programs.
Build a work-based university that allows anyone to learn anything without leaving their job. The world is the classroom and the day-to-day challenges are the curriculum.
ABOUT YOU (IDEALLY)
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Well-versed in web development
Fluency in at least one common web-development language (we use React/Python, but are open to people who currently use other stacks)
Excellent data-modeling skills
Ability to make the proper speed / sustainability trade-offs necessary in an early-stage startup
Required: 2-6 years of experience at a tech company or startup
Ideal: Experience working at an educational organization or company
Missionary, not a mercenary – Someone who really cares about this category and has “thinking about it in the shower” level enthusiasm for education, learning, and/or leadership development
Persistent and resilient with a strong work ethic
