As a Software Engineer at Strive you will work directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering.
Short-term: Develop the tools to help engineers and engineering managers practice and improve their leadership skills on the job.
Medium-term: Expand that set of tools into a suite that applies to roles other than engineering.
Long-term: Make Strive the default way people learn on-the-job.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2-6yrs of experience at a start-up or tech company
Demonstrable record of success
Ability to think and work cross-functionally, especially as it relates to helping engineers improve their leadership skills
Interested in how people learn and how to translate that into technical solutions
Well-versed in web development (regardless of the framework)
Fluency in at least one common web-development language
Excellent data-modeling skills
Ability to make the speed/correctness trade-offs necessary in an early-stage startup environment
A missionary, not a mercenary
Eager to proactively improve Strive outside of core job function
Persistent and resilient with a strong work ethic
