As a diverse organization that's been largely committed to empowering underrepresented groups in the workplace, these last few weeks we've mourned with balled fists and broken hearts as police brutality and racial hostility have dominated our streets, our airwaves, and our feeds. How It Works

Twice a week, Strive will organize conversations with Sr. Leaders & Subject Area Experts discussing race, equity, and social justice. These conversations will be intimate, authentic, and honest (off the record), a place to explore emotions, experiences, and actions that will support POCs and strengthen allyship.

Weekly sessions conducted via live Zoom video conference

Small, intimate groups of 5-10 community members

Each session will feature a new leader and explore a new topic
