Strive Program Principles
Leadership development requires behavior change, not just education. Strive motivates learners to intentionally apply lessons in the real world, not simply absorb them in the classroom.
Building Pathways for Underrepresented

“Learning those skills made me feel more confident in that it’s not something that I either have or don’t have, it’s something that I can learn along the way. As long as I have a structure to put that in practice, I feel like I can improve myself. It was a way to me to build confidence in knowing that I can do more of what I want to be able to do.”

three core modules taught in live, interactive sessions. Participants completed a 360 feedback assessment that allowed them to understand their current strengths and areas of improvement. They engaged in a 1:1 session with an executive coach where they discussed their 360 results and their leadership goals.
